This discovery session allows us to explore the details of your trip, learn more about your travel style, and curate a unique itinerary specifically for you.
We Connect

Based on your complimentary discovery session, if you are a first-time client, we e-mail you a link to a small "Plan to Go Deposit" of only $39.00. Once received, your expert advisor creates a dynamic interactive itinerary with a video overview.
Existing clients and referral clients have a $0 Plan to Go Deposit.
A link to your itinerary includes a video of your expert travel advisor reviewing your options. We then tweak it until it is perfect.

Planning & Review
We Confirm

Once you approve your final itinerary, we apply your "Plan to Go Deposit" to your final payment. We e-mail you an invoice, a payment link, and authorization forms. Once received. We confirm all travel components and send you a ink to your confirmed itinerary and a link to download our Free App. The App contains your final itinerary, travel documents and important information to know before you go.
If, in the rare case, you decide not to book with us, we retain your "Plan to Go Deposit" for our time and expertise.
