CONNECT
Getting to know you is the first (and most important) step. Please fill out our Travel Inquiry Form, and we will send a link to schedule your free Google Meet discovery call. (Choosing to turn on your Video is optional)
This discovery session allows us to explore the details of your trip, learn more about your travel style, and curate a unique itinerary specifically for you.

CREATE | COLLABORATE
Based on your complimentary discovery session, if you are a first-time client, we e-mail you a link to your "Plan to Go Deposit" of $49.00. Once received, your expert advisor creates a dynamic interactive itinerary and video.

Existing clients and referral clients have a $0 Plan to Go Deposit.
A link to your itinerary includes a video of your expert travel advisor reviewing your options. We then tweak it until it is perfect.

CONFIRM
Once you approve your final itinerary, we apply your "Plan to Go Deposit" to your final payment. We e-mail you an invoice and a credit card authorization form for your deposit and/or final payment.

If, in the rare case, you decide not to book with us, we retain your "Plan to Go Deposit" for our time and expertise.
